摘要

探讨新型冠状病毒（新冠）感染诊治非定点医疗机构（非定点医疗机构）,在新冠肺炎暴发期间的急诊区域管理策略。医院急诊采用预检前置、调整布局、开辟第二急诊区、实行多层级网格化闭环管理、加强院感防控措施、提高后勤服务能力,保障疫情防控期间医院急诊工作的顺利开展。在新冠肺炎暴发期间,全院在有序推进防控工作的同时,急诊保持开放,绿色通道保持通畅,既满足了患者就医需要和防护需要,也确保了急诊医护人员自身的安全。
