上海交通大学医学院一流本科课程建设项目(2020-40)
目的:探讨系统性提升医学生创新能力的方法。方法:收集2018年至2019年间的20位学员,将其随机分为2组,一组引入结构性发明理论(theory of inventive problems,TIPS)进行培训(实验组),另一组进行常规临床带教培训(对照组),并在培训后采用相同的10个临床问题地学员进行创新实践测试。比较2组间解决问题所需时间,并利用创新能力倾向测验量表汉化版评价医学生的创新能力。结果:面对10个临床问题,实验组学员的平均解决时间为44.8 h(32~62 h),形成专利11项,创新能力倾向测验量表的评分总分为(226.60±11.654)分;对照组学员的平均解决时间为56.7 h(44~80 h),形成专利2项,创新能力倾向测验量表的评分总分为(199.10±11.426)分。2组间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:TIPS创新思维有助于临床医学生创新思维的培养和思维方式的转变,建立维度及多元化的分析模式,缩短解决临床创新问题的时间,提高自身创新能力。
