Pattern of standardized training for laboratory physicians in Ruijin Hospital and related experience
住院医师规范化培训是现阶段医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分，其中检验医师规范化培训是培养检验专业临床医师的有效手段和重要措施，也是检验临床医师成长的必由之路，为其之后职业发展奠定关键基础，同时也在扩大检验医学影响力和提高检验科在医院地位等方面具有同等重要价值。然而，在住院医师规培过程中仍然存在许多问题亟待解决，如招生生源不足，规培内容与检验技师培训内容混淆，毕业后职业晋升途径狭窄等。上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院经过十多年来对检验医师的培养，在教学实践中，对培训内容进行了细化与深入研究，并积攒了一些措施和体会，以期为检验医师的培训工作提供有益的借鉴与启示，助力其更加精准有效地开展，从而提升整体培训质量和效果。
