Effect analysis and method optimization of integrating ideological and political education into clinical medical internship
临床实习是培养医学生的重要环节，在临床实习中有机融入思政教育对教学效果及医学生成长有正向影响。本教研团队选取2020年12月至2021年7月在上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院肾脏内科实习的84名医学生，在为期2周的实习中结合多样化的思政教育形式，并采用自身对照法，通过入科与出科问卷调查，评估学生知识水平、人文素养及职业认同感的变化。结果显示，实习后医学生对科室发展史、学科现状及重要学术成果的了解程度显著提升，94.8%的学生认为专业知识掌握度提高，77.9%的学生团队合作能力增强，74.0%的医患沟通能力有所进步。医学生对思政教育的必要性认可率从29.8%升至66.2%。思政教育融入临床实习能有效提升医学生的职业使命感、团队协作能力和综合素质，有利于培养兼具“医德”与“医术”的新时代医学人才，实现立德树人与专业教育的有机统一，在实施过程中需要注意方式及技巧，以获得最优效果。
