Abstract The dynamic base alignment technique is often used for initial alignment when airborne tactical weapons are launched. The deflection of wing is an important factor affecting the alignment performance. In this paper, a cantilever beam vibration model of the wing is simplified as a second-order stochastic process model, and the stochastic process model is expanded to the filter state quantity for estimation. Compared with the traditional high-dimensional filter, the filter state is reasonably reduced, and the high-dimensional filter is simplified. The simulation results show that the stochastic process model can well compensate the influence of the dynamic deformation of the wing on the performance of the filter. The filter can also estimate and track the dynamic deformation angle well, and can be used to compensate the wing deflection effect; under the condition that the alignment accuracy cannot be affected, the simplified filter has less calculation and is more suitable for engineering implementation than the highdimensional filter.
