可吸收螺钉治疗单纯内踝骨折42例疗效观察

摘要： 目的探讨可吸收螺钉治疗单纯内踝骨折的临床疗效。方法采用可吸收螺钉治疗单纯内踝骨折42例,术后行管形石膏外固定3～4周。结果全部病例术后随访3个月至2年,踝关节优良率达到92.9%。结论可吸收螺钉治疗单纯内踝骨折,固定可靠,操作简便,避免了二次手术的再损伤,术后踝关节功能恢复良好,是一种较为理想的治疗方法。

Abstract: Objective To study the curative effect of internal malleolus fracture treated with absorbable screws. Methods Totally 42 patients with single internal malleolus fracture were treated using absorbable screws, and then external fixation by plaster cast for 3-4 weeks. Results All the patients were followed up for 3-24 months, and 39 patients (92.9%) were rated as excellent. Conclusion Absorbable screws is an effective way to treat single internal malleolus fracture.
