保留棘突韧带复合结构椎管潜行减压治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症

摘要： 目的探讨保留棘突韧带复合结构椎管潜行减压治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症的疗效。方法回顾采用保留棘突韧带复合结构椎管潜行减压方法治疗的87名患者术后1年及3年的疗效,采用JOA评分,分析术前与术后1年和3年的对照。结果术后1年和术后3年的平均改善率分别为(84.0±9.0)%和(85.4±8.1)%,疗效对比无明显差异。结论保留棘突韧带复合结构椎管潜行减压,既可对腰椎管狭窄进行减压,又可减少对腰椎稳定性的损害。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the feasibilities,methods,outcomes and indications of decompressive laminectomy with the spinal ligament complex for the treatment of degenerative lumbal spinal stenosis(DLSS).Methods Eighty seven patients with DLSS were treated by decompressive laminectomy.The data based on JOA score were reviewed before and after 1.3 years operation.Results An average improvement rate was(84.0 ±9.0)% after 3 years operation.There were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion ...
