摘要： 脂肪细胞活性检测方法用于在体外判断脂肪细胞的活性,包括一般细胞活性检查法,和脂肪细胞特异性检验法。我们对常用的脂肪细胞活性检测方法的原理、特性,以及相关应用情况进行综述。

Abstract: Lipocyte viability assay is the standard for judgment of lipocyte＇s viability in vitro. It not only involves normal cell viability assay but also includes lipocyte-specific assessment. In this article, the principle, advantages, disadvantages and related applications of lipocyte viability assay were reviewed.
