先天性上睑下垂手术治疗的进展

摘要： 先天性上睑下垂临床上较为常见,多由于上睑提肌发育不良,或支配上睑提肌的中枢、周围神经缺陷,造成上睑上提功能障碍而部分或全部遮盖瞳孔。上睑下垂不仅影响外观,严重者可导致形觉剥夺性弱视,影响视功能。因此,及时矫治至关重要。上睑下垂矫正的目的是恢复正常的睑裂高度,摆脱下垂上睑对视轴的干扰,在恢复生理功能的同时,还要兼顾外形的恢复。本文对先天性上睑下垂的手术时机选择及手术方法进行综述。

Abstract: Congenital blepharoptosis, caused by levator muscle dysgenesis or the defect of the central and peripheral nerves that govern the levator muscle, is a common disease in clinical practice. The blepharoptosis not only affects the appearance, but can lead to deprivation amblyopia in severe cases which disturbs the visual function. Timely correction is, therefore, critical. The purpose of ptosis correction is to renew normal palpebral fissure height, to get rid of the interference of visual axis caused by ptosis, to pursue the good functional and cosmetic outcome at the same time. In this paper, the operation opportunity and the surgical treatments of congenital blepharoptosis were reviewed.
