摘要: 自体脂肪移植具有来源广泛、获取方便、生物相容性好及手术创伤小等诸多优点,是整形外科领域不可或缺的技术,但高吸收率成为限制其发展的主要因素。纳米脂肪是近年来的研究热点,在组织再生、抗衰老等方面显示了重要的应用价值。本文就纳米脂肪在自体脂肪移植中的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Autologous fat transplantation (AFT) is an indispensable method in the field of plastic surgery, which has many advantages such as alternative sources, availability, biological compatibility and minor surgical trauma, but high absorption severely limits its development. Nano-fat is a research hotspot in recently and plays an important role in tissue regeneration and anti-aging. In this paper, the research progress of nano-fat in autologous fat transfer was reviewed.
