摘要： 皮肤鳞状细胞癌是黑素瘤之外导致皮肤肿瘤患者死亡的首要病因。皮肤鳞状细胞癌的发病机制至今尚不明确,限制了相关分子靶向治疗的发展。目前,临床上对该病的治疗仍以手术治疗为主,辅以放射治疗等其他手段。本文结合文献对其相关研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma is the leading cause of death related to skin tumors except melanoma. The pathogenesis of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma remains unclear,which limits the development of molecular targeted therapy. At present, the treatment of the disease is still mainly surgical treatment, supplemented by radiotherapy and other means.In this paper,the recent progress of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma related research was reviewed.
