摘要： 超声刀是一种新型的治疗皮肤松弛和皱纹的技术,其安全性和有效性已得到了验证,并被广泛应用于眉部、眶周、下面部、颈部、胸部、肘部、臀部、大腿和膝盖等部位,是临床用于年轻化治疗的非侵入性手段。超声刀能精确定位到预先设定的深度而不产生表皮的热损伤,能在成像的同时进行治疗,且不被黑色素吸收,对深色皮肤也同样安全。本文从治疗前准备、治疗过程、不良反应及效果等方面,对超声刀在治疗皮肤松弛和皱纹方面的进展进行综述。

Abstract: Microfocused ultrasound is a new technique to treat skin laxity and rhytides. Over the past several years, the safety and efficacy of microfocused ultrasound have been well documented and widely used in brows,periorbital region,lower face, neck, chest, buttocks, arms, thighs and knees. As a novel and non-invasive technology, it has the following characteristics: Firstly, it can precisely and selectively focus the thermal injury at pre-selected depths without heat injury;Secondly, the "see and treat" system allows visualization and treatment simultaneously; Thirdly, ultrasound energy is not absorbed by melanin, thus it is safe even for darker skin types theoretically. In this paper, the progress of ulthera in the treatment of skin laxity and rhytides was reviewed from the aspects such as pre-procedure preparation, procedural approach, complications and outcomes.
