摘要： 目的观察手法淋巴引流治疗亚临床感染性淋巴水肿的疗效。方法2006年7月至2008年4月,14例肢体淋巴水肿伴局部亚临床感染患者接受手法淋巴引流治疗,治疗结果以患肢感染情况、肢体含水量变化来评价。结果所有患者亚临床感染得到控制,水肿明显消退(P<0.05)。结论手法淋巴引流能有效治疗亚临床感染性淋巴水肿。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of manual lymph drainage(MLD) therapy on lymphedema with subclinical infection.Methods From July 2006 to April 2008,14 patients of limb lymphedema with subclinical infection were treated by MLD.Changes of local skin infection and edema of affected limb were used to evaluate the efficacy.Results Skin subclinical infection was controlled in all the patients and limb lymphedema decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion MLD may be a good way to treat lymphedema with subcl...
