咖啡牛奶斑的激光治疗进展

摘要： 咖啡牛奶斑是一种常见的良性色素紊乱性疾病,发生率为10%~20%;组织病理学显示,表皮基底层黑素细胞和角化细胞中黑色素增多,而没有黑素细胞的增殖。激光是目前最常用的治疗手段,不同激光疗效存在差异,同时又有多种因素影响着治疗效果,总体有效率为33%~96%。激光治疗后会产生多种副反应,高复发率是治疗难点,总复发率为5%~50%,其发生机制尚不明确。

Abstract: Café-au-lait macules (CALMs) are a benign epidermal hyperpigmentation disorder with an incidence of 10%-20% in the normal population. Histopathologic examinations have shown increased epidermal melanin without melanocytic proliferation. Lasers are the most effective methods to treat CALMs. The efficacies vary and are influenced by multiple factors. Response rates range from 33%to 96%. Adverse effects may turn up after laser treatment. High recurrence rate is the obstacle that can't ignore and the recurrence rates range from 5%to 50%. The mechanism is still unknown.
