摘要： 鼻翼退缩畸形是临床上常见的鼻翼畸形，对患者面部美观产生严重影响，矫正困难。鼻翼退缩发生原因及治疗方法多种多样，本文对鼻翼退缩的定义、发病因素、治疗方案进行综述。

Abstract: Retracted nostril alar rim is a common clinical alar deformity, which has a serious impact on the facial appearance of patients and is difficult to correct. The causes and treatment of nasal alar retraction are varied. In this paper, the definition, pathogenesis and treatment of nasal alar retraction were reviewed, so as to provide some help to clinical work.
