摘要:

 组织工程技术在组织或器官修复治疗中具有广泛的应用前景,有望成为再生医学的重要手段。组织工程皮肤
的出现为临床上大面积皮肤缺损的治疗提供了新方法。但是,面对皮肤组织的复杂性,构建功能性三维皮肤组织工程
模型,来模拟或替代原生皮肤仍具有多重挑战。基于此,本文主要从构建皮肤组织模型的细胞类型及来源、三维皮肤组
织工程模型构建技术、皮肤组织工程模型的类型、应用及展望等方面,综述目前体外三维功能性皮肤组织模型构建研究
的最新进展,以期为构建理想的皮肤组织模型提供理论基础。

Abstract:

Tissue engineering technology has been widely used in tissue and organ repair and has become an important
method of regenerative medicine technique. The appearance of tissue engineering skin provides a new method for the
treatment of large-area cutaneous defect in clinic. Because of the complicated skin-structure, it is an enormous challenge to
building a functional three-dimensional skin tissue engineering model to simulate or replace the original skin. Based on this,
from the aspects of cell types and sources, techniques, types, applications and prospects of skin tissue engineering models,
the latest progress of in vitro 3D functional skin tissue model construction was reviewed in order to provide a theoretical basis
for the construction of ideal skin tissue model.
