摘要： 目的探讨局部皮瓣结合埋线法在修复唇裂伴发鼻底畸形中的作用,为临床修复唇裂鼻底畸形提供参考。方法对近年采用该方法修复的36例先天性唇裂伴发鼻底畸形患者进行随访,对手术方法进行回顾性分析总结。结果36例患者伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,随访6～24个月,效果较满意。结论在修复唇裂伴发鼻底畸形手术中,应用局部皮瓣结合埋线法,能简化手术操作过程,增强手术效果,值得推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of local skin flap in combination with thread embedding in the repair of cleft lip with nasal basilar deformity.Methods A total of 36 cases were followed up in this study.The results were reviewed extensively,and a corresponding evaluation was made.Results All incisions obtained healing by first intension and the aesthetic appearance was satisfactory during follow-up period of 6 months to 2 years.Conclusion The above mentioned technique could be a reliable way to repair the cleft lip with nasal basilar deformity.
