幼犬单侧牙槽突裂对上颌骨发育的影响

摘要: 目的建立类似临床牙槽突裂的动物模型,研究单侧牙槽突裂在上颌骨快速发育期内对生长发育的影响。方法 7周龄家犬20只,随机分为实验组、对照组(n=10),通过手术使实验组形成单侧牙槽突裂。术后12周,CT三维重建测量上颌骨发育指标,评价裂隙对上颌骨发育影响。结果实验组上颌骨前部及中部的长度和前部的宽度、高度与对照组相比,均存在发育异常,两组测量数值具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论未经早期修复的单侧牙槽突裂在上颌骨快速发育期内对生长发育具有一定影响。

Abstract: Objective To establish an animal model of unilateral alveolar cleft similar with clinical patients and study the effects on the growth of maxilla during the period of rapid development.Methods Twenty dogs(7 weeks old) were divided into the control group(n=10) and the experimental group(n=10).The dogs experimental group were operated to create a unilateral alveolar cleft.The data of maxillofacial morphology such as the length,width and height of the foreside,middle and back of maxilla via three-dimensional reconstruction CT to evaluate the effects on the growth of maxilla 12 weeks were measured after operation.Results The foreside and middle length,the foreside width and the foreside height of the maxillary were decreased in experimental group(P <0.05).Conclusion The unilateral cleft alveolar without early intervention plays an important role in maxillary aberration.
