尺神经手背支营养神经血管逆行皮瓣修复环小指创面

摘要： 目的探讨尺神经手背支营养血管逆行皮瓣修复环小指创面的方法和疗效。方法本组15例,均为外伤后引起环小指掌指关节以远皮肤软组织缺损。根据环小指创面的位置,分别以指动脉指蹼穿支和指动脉近节指骨侧方中点穿支为旋转点,应用尺神经手背支皮神经营养血管逆行皮瓣转移修复。结果所有皮瓣均存活,术后皮瓣远端静脉回流障碍1例,经积极处理1周后缓解,未发生皮瓣坏死。平均随访9个月,皮瓣恢复保护性感觉,其中2例将皮瓣内神经与受区指神经缝合者,皮瓣两点辨别觉恢复至8～10mm。皮瓣质地外形良好。结论尺神经手背支营养血管逆行皮瓣可修复环小指掌指关节以远任何部位的创面,操作简单,血运可靠,适于推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the method and clinical results using reverse dorsal ulnar neurocutaneous flap in the wound coverage of ring and little fingers. Methods Fifteen cases with traumatic soft tissue defects distal to metacarpophalangeal joint in either ring or little fingers were included in this study.
