摘要: 目的 探讨基于BOPPPS模型的教学模式在整形外科进修医师显微外科培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年3月至2020年3月在我院整形外科进修学习的60名进修医师作为研究对象,随机抽签分为研究组与对照组(各30名)。对照组采用传统教学方法,研究组采用基于BOPPPS模型的教学方法。在教学结束后比较两组进修医师显微外科理论与技能考核得分以及教学满意度情况。结果 研究组学员的显微外科理论与技能考核得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组学员对教学的满意度高于对照组(100% vs 80%,P<0.05)。结论 BOPPPS教学模式可以有效提高进修医师显微外科技术,教学满意度高。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of teaching mode based on BOPPPS model in microsurgical training of plastic surgeons. Methods From March 2019 to March 2020, 60 advanced orthopedic surgeons were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group (30 cases in each group). The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the research group adopted the teaching method based on BOPPPS model. At the end of the teaching, the scores of microsurgery theory and skills assessment and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of microsurgery theory and skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The students' satisfaction with teaching in the study group was higher than that in the control group (100% vs 80%, P<0.05). Conclusion The BOPPPS teaching mode can effectively improve the microsurgical skills of the trainee physicians, and the teaching satisfaction is high.
