摘要:

皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤常发生于皮瓣移植术后,是引起皮瓣部分或全部坏死的重要原因之一。皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤的发病机制尚不完全明确,一般认为与缺血部位活性氧的爆发、中性粒细胞的浸润和血运重建障碍有关。纳米酶是一种具有类酶特性的纳米材料,具有成本低、稳定性好、制备简单、易储存等优点,可直接调节细胞内的氧化还原平衡,克服了天然酶在酶治疗中的诸多局限。纳米酶作为一种理想的抗氧化剂,在生物医学领域将发挥至关重要的作用。本文对皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤的机制探索,以及近年来治疗手段的研究和临床应用现状进行综述,并对纳米酶在缺血再灌注损伤相关疾病中的应用进行介绍,旨在为皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤的治疗提供理论依据和新的思路。

Abstract:

 Flap ischemia-reperfusion injury often occurs after skin flap transplantation surgery, which is an important cause
of partial or total necrosis of skin flap. Nowadays, the pathogenesis of flap ischemia-reperfusion injury is not completely clear.
It is generally believed that FIRI is related to the outbreak of reactive oxygen species, the infiltration of neutrophils and the ob
struction of revascularization. Nanozyme is a kind of nano-material with enzyme-like properties, which has the advantages of low
cost, good stability, simple preparation and easy storage. It can directly regulate the redox balance in cells and overcome many
limitations of natural enzyme in enzyme therapy. As an ideal antioxidant, nanozyme will play a vital role in the field of biomed
icine. In this paper, the mechanism of flap ischemia-reperfusion injury and the research and clinical application of treatment
methods in recent years were reviewed, and the application of nanozyme in ischemia-reperfusion injury diseases was introduced,
aiming to provide theoretical basis and new thinking about the treatment of flap ischemia-reperfusion injury.
