经皮椎体成形术治疗颈 5 椎体血管瘤病理性骨折并发骨水泥渗漏一例

摘要：

　2018 年 7 月，收治 1 例颈 5 椎体血管瘤伴病理性骨折的患者，伴有神经刺激症状。首次手术，行经颈前路穿刺颈 5 椎体活检、经皮椎体成形术治疗。术后查体及影像学提示骨水泥渗漏致神经受压。为缓解患者症状，二次行后路颈 5 左侧椎板开窗骨水泥取出术、右侧椎弓根穿刺骨水泥注入强化术。术后，患者神经刺激症状逐渐改善，随访 2 年，患者神经功能完全恢复，临床效果良好。

Abstract:

　In July 2018, a patient with cervical fifth vertebral hemangioma accompanied by pathological fracture and

symptoms of nerve irritation was admitted. Transcervical anterior puncture cervical five-vertebra biopsy and percutaneous

vertebroplasty were performed in the first operation. Postoperative physical examination and imaging findings showed nerve

compression caused by bone cement leakage. In order to alleviate the patient’s symptoms, posterior cervical fifth left lamina

fenestration and bone cement removal, right pedicle puncture and cement injection were performed for the second time. The

symptoms of nerve stimulation were gradually improved. After 2 years of follow-up, the patient’s neurological function was

completely recovered and good clinical results were obtained
