摘要: 荧光引导下手术(Fluorescence-guided surgery,FGS)是应用荧光造影剂可视化目标组织,并提供实时动态的图 像,其时间分辨率、空间分辨率和应用方式等优于核磁共振成像、电子计算机断层扫描和超声,主要在肿瘤切除术中应 用。重建外科手术常涉及血管、淋巴和神经的定位及辨别。本文将从上述三个方面概述FGS在皮瓣外科、淋巴重建和 神经重建等手术中的应用现状,以及相关荧光造影剂及成像系统的开发进展。

Abstract: Fluorescence-guided surgery( FGS) uses fluorescent contrast agents to visualize the target tissue and provide real-time dynamic images. Its temporal resolution, spatial resolution and application mode are superior to magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography and ultrasound, and it is mainly used in tumor resection. Currently in reconstructive surgery, surgeons are often involved in the localization and discrimination of blood vessels, lymph vessels, and nerves. In this paper, the application status of FGS in flap surgery, lymphatic and nerve reconstruction from the above three aspects, and the development progress of related fluorescent contrast agents and imaging system were all reviewed.
