Abstract In this paper, an efficient method for extracting full pulse parameters is proposed. It is based on Digital Channelization technology to separate the signals in frequency domain. It can extract fine parameters such as intrapulse modulation, frequency modulation bandwidth, frequency modulation slope, initial frequency and so on. At the same time, cross channel data fusion technology can be used for integrity detection and analysis of signals across multiple channels. The signal pulse feature extraction is verified by digital simulation. It can ensure the detection precision of the pulse characteristic parameters, and the process structure is simple. It is easy to be realized in large scale programmable devices and is beneficial to the project implementation in the later period.
