Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of 2 940 nm Er ∶YAG laser on flesh cars, and to explore the mechanisms of2 940 nm Er ∶YAG laser on the prevention and treatment of flesh scar. Methods A total of 300 cases of early scar after incisionsuture or detrauma suture were selected from 2016 to 2020. Er ∶ YAG laser intervention was started 1 - 2 weeks after sutureremoval. VSS scoring system was used to evaluate scar before and after treatment. ResultsAll cases were followed up for 6months, and the score of hyperemia degree, color, thickness, flexibility and total score of scar were significantly decreased afterlaser treatment (P<0. 05).ConclusionEr ∶ YAG laser has good effect on early scar intervention with high safety, which isworthy of clinical application.
