Abstract

In congenital malformations of the hand and upper limbs,about 1%of them have multiple malformations with complex pathogenesis and diverse manifestations.Usually a single department is difficult to complete the complete diagnosis and treatment of disease and research.Multidisciplinary joint diagnosis and treatment(MDT)not only brings hope for the diagnosis and treatment of these patients,but also introduces a new model for the teaching of hand surgery.In this paper,the establishment and implementation of the teaching mode of multidisciplinary joint diagnosis and treatment in hand surgery were introduced.
