Abstract

Objective To introduce a new method of augmentation mammoplasty with implanting silicon-gel prosthesis after removing polyacrylamide hydrogel through peri-areolar approach. Methods The mammary tissue was incised through peri-areolar approach. Polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAHG) was removed as much as possible, then silicon-gel prothesis was implanted through original incision.
