摘要 为实现能力评估与作战结果的直接关联,本文运用界壳论原理,提出和建立了基于界壳论的末段反导预警系统任务空间模型,通过求解预警系统任务空间界壳覆盖度、监控度和卫护力度,以及构造综合评价指数等方法,解决了传统预警系统能力评估方法中无法实现任务空间与作战结果直接关联的问题。为了验证这一方法的可实现性,构想了某重要区域遭受大规模导弹攻击、防御方积极组织末段反导作战的背景,对基于界壳论的末段反导作战预警系统任务空间的作战能力分析进行了应用性探索。

Abstract:To achieve direct correlation between capability assessment and operational results, the paper puts forward and establishes mission space model of early-warning system of terminal anti-missile by applying the principle of periphery theory. The problem that direct correlation between mission space and operational results can't be established is solved by resolving the factors of covering degree, monitoring degree and protection degree of mission space and constructing comprehensive evaluation index. In order to verify the realizability of this method, the paper conceives that an important area has been attacked by a large scale missile and the terminal anti-missile operation is actively organized as the background. Then the application of operation capability analysis of early-warning system of terminal anti-missile operation mission space based on periphery theory is explored in the paper.
