摘要 为提升大飞机零部件制造装配的协调准确度,本文提出一种复杂部段装配质量控制方法。基于多场融合的测量工艺集成控制、工装与产品装配测量全过程信息化、实测数据驱动的虚拟装配等数字化测量关键使能技术研究,开发装配过程在线测控管一体化平台,支持飞机零组件在装配全周期中几何位置、装配关系及装配质量的动态管控,辅助用户对装配方案进行在线调整和改进。上述方法在多个产品装配过程中进行工程化应用,显著提升了装配质量与效率。

Abstract:To improve the coordination and accuracy of large aircraft component manufacturing and assembly, this study proposed a method for controlling the quality of complex assemblies. Based on the research of the key enabling technologies of digital measurement, such as integrated measurement process control using multi-field integration, informatization of the whole process of tooling and product assembly measurement, virtual assembly driven by measured data, etc., an integrated platform for online measurement and control management was developed, supporting dynamic control of geometric position, assembly relationship and its quality in the whole assembly cycle. It helped users adjust and improve assembly schemes online and conducted engineering applications in the assembly process of multiple products, where significant improvement in assembly quality and efficiency was achieved.
