印刷电路板式LNG气化器换热试验研究

摘要: 印刷电路板换热器作为一种新型微通道换热器,具有体积小、重量轻、换热效率高等特点,在液化天然气(LNG)产业链特别是浮式LNG等领域具有十分广阔的应用前景。针对印刷电路板式换热器作为LNG浮式储存和再气化装置(FSRU)再气化模块的主换热器的应用,研制了LNG气化器的缩比样机,并搭建了LNG气化器换热试验平台,对换热器的换热性能展开了试验研究。

Abstract: As a newly developed micro-channel heat exchanger, printed circuit heat exchanger (PCHE) has wide application prospects in offshore liquefied natural gas (LNG) production and floating LNG receiving terminals with compact dimensions, low weight, and high heat transfer efficiency. For the application of PCHE as main heat exchanger for LNG floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU), a scaled model of LNG vaporizer is produced and an experimental facility is built to measure the thermal performance of the heat exchanger.
