适用于渤海海底复合软管的铺设系统研制和应用

 Development and Application of Pipe Laying System Suitable for Flexible Pipe in Bohai Bay

摘要: 国产海洋复合软管在渤海的使用还属于起步阶段,其相应的施工船舶和施工装备还没有现成的资源可用。中海石油天津分公司和海王星公司经过详细的调研和周密的分析,攻克种种技术难点,将卧式旋转储管池系统与牵引机、埋设犁组合,形成一套适用于渤海柔性管线施工用的铺设系统,并获得成功,为国产软管应用到渤海油田开发奠定基础。相关的机具经过实际安装达到设计要求,预留功能可以适应更长的管线施工需要。

Abstract:  Deployment of subsea flexible pipe just started in Bohai Bay, China. Suitable equipment and vessels for subsea flexible pipe installation are very limited for this area. With tremendous efforts, CNOOC Tianjin Branch and Neptune Offshore Engineering Development Company (NOED) successfully developed a flexible pipe laying system, which is particularly suitable for applications in Bohai Bay. By combining the horizontal rotating pipe storage carousel, tractor and embedding plough, the system is well suitable for transporting and installing subsea flexible pipes in Bohai Bay. The successful installation of the BZ 28/34 flexible pipes demonstrated the system’s adequacy.
