摘要: 通过研究螺旋轴流式增压技术、双螺杆式增压技术、对转轴流式增压技术等水下多相增压技术的技术原理和技术参数,分析了几种水下多相增压技术的特点、发展及应用现状。在此基础上总结分析了水下多相增压技术目前阶段存在的难点和挑战,包括对气液波动较大工况的适应性、长距离供电技术的制约、水下安装技术的挑战、新技术的可靠性、水深对集成设备的挑战等,为今后在深水油气田开发中应用水下多相增压技术提供借鉴和技术支持。

Abstract: We mainly summarize the technical principle and parameters of helico-axial multiphase boosting technology, twin screw multiphase boosting technology, contra-rotating multiphase boosting technology, etc., and analyze the characteristics and application status of them. Meanwhile, the difficulties of subsea multiphase boosting technology at present, including the adaptability of liquid fluctuation conditions, the restriction of long distance power supply technology, subsea installation challenges, reliability of new technology, and reliability of the integrated equipment, are analyzed. This work will provide reference and technical supports for the application of the subsea multiphase boosting technology in subsea oil and gas field development.
