摘要: 液压锤是一种高效、节能、环保的桩体贯入施工机械,随着我国现代化建设的不断发展,液压锤的应用范围越来越广泛。分析了液压打桩锤的发展概况,阐述了液压打桩锤的工作原理,系统地对液压锤工作原理、油路和液压系统等进行了分析和研究,并对工程上应用广泛的典型液压锤的组成和工作原理进行分析,借鉴学习和消化吸收国外的先进技术,为国内液压锤的发展提供技术储备。

Abstract: Hydraulic hammer is an efficient, energy saving and environmental protection pile penetration construction machine. With the continuous development of China's modernization, the application range of hydraulic hammer is more and more extensive. We analyze the development of hydraulic pile hammer, and expound its working principle. The working principle, oil circuit and hydraulic system of hydraulic hammer are systematically analyzed and studied. The composition and working principle of typical hydraulic hammer which is applied widely in engineering are analyzed. Through learning and absorbing foreign advanced technology, the research can provide technical reserves for the development of domestic hydraulic hammer.
