摘要: 介绍了一种新型高效的原油静电聚结脱水技术,利用电场作用加速油水分离,显著提高原油脱水效率。试验结果表明,静电聚结原油脱水技术可以减小处理设施尺寸和重量,能够适应原油含水率高达95%以上的工况,并且可作为稠油脱水处理的有效技术手段。

Abstract: We introduce a new and efficient technology for crude oil dehydration by electrostatic coalescence. This technology accelerates the separation of oil and water by electric field. The experimental results show that this technology can greatly reduce the size and weight of treatment facilities and adapt to the working conditions of water content of crude oil up to 95%. It can also be used as an effective means of heavy oil dehydration.
