仙人掌型截面圆柱体群涡激振动响应的水槽试验研究

摘要: 海洋立管作为连接海洋浮式平台与海底井口的重要通道,在波浪和海流的作用下易发生涡激振动。海洋石油开采生产系统经常采用密集布置的立管群,使海洋立管的涡激振动变得更加复杂。本文针对三种不同的圆柱体截面形状: 圆形截面、仙人掌型截面和装有螺旋列板的截面,分别进行了孤立圆柱体和2×2布置的4根圆柱体组成的圆柱体群模型的涡激振动水槽试验。研究在不同流速下,采用孤立圆柱体和圆柱体群布置时三种截面形状对立管涡激振动响应的影响。结果表明仙人掌型截面相对于圆形截面具有一定的涡激振动抑振效果。

Abstract: Marine riser is a slender tube used to connect the oil platform and the subsea oil well. Under the excitation of waves and currents, risers often experience vortex-induced vibration (VIV). In deepwater oil production, several risers are often arranged into a riser array, which makes the VIV of marine risers more complicated. In this paper,cylinders of three types of cross-sectional shape, a cactus-shape, circular shape, and circular shape with strakes, are studied. VIV responses of an isolated cylinder and cylinder arrays consisting of four cylinders with a 2-by-2 arrangement were investigated. The results show that the cactus-shaped cross-section has a certain effect of suppressing VIV and can reduces the fatigue damage of the riser.
