摘要: 渤海区域储存有丰富油气资源,每年冬季出现的海冰已经对油气平台的正常生产开发产生了重大影响,海冰对海洋平台的影响是多种破坏力的综合作用,主要包括浮动冰的撞击力、整块冰的挤压力、海冰与导管架的摩擦力,以及产生的共激振动等,为降低海冰带来的破坏性,建议加大对抗冰结构物研发力度,提高导管架设计载荷,并逐步建立完善海冰检测及应急机制。

Abstract: Large amount of oil and gas resources are stored in Bohai, the annual sea ice in winter has influenced the normal production and development of the offshore platform. The influence factors are various:including impact force produced by floating ice, extrusion pressure produced by the whole ice, friction between sea ice and jacket as well as ice-induced vibration. To reduce the disasters brought by sea ice, recommendations are introduced: increase research and development on the ice-resistant structures, improve the design load of the jacket and establish detection and emergency response mechanism on sea ice gradually.
