摘要: 本文主要是介绍LNG管线在建造过程中对法兰节点的安装技术及管理要求,目的为了在功能模块交付后,操作方在以后的生产、维护及任何的修改工作中可以对法兰节点进行管理数据维护并保证节点的完整性。法兰连接系统的泄露事故,将造成不可估量的重大经济损失,因此对法兰安装进行有效的管理是在使用过程中避免泄露的一个重要环节。法兰完整性管理是为了所有固定的法兰节点,不应在施工过程中受到有意的破坏。管道系统在预制建造中接头如何对法兰管理工作正确的进行,从适用范围、工艺原理、施工流程、操作要点、主要设备和材料、质量控制等几个部分展开介绍,指导法兰连接的施工流程。

Abstract: This paper mainly introduce the LNG piping flange joint installation technology and management requirements, in order to function modules operating in the later production, maintenance, and any modification work can manage the flange node data maintenance and ensure the integrity of the flange joint . The leakage accident of flange connection system will cause inestimable great economic loss, so the effective management of flange installation is an important link to avoid leakage in the use process. Flange integrity management is for all fixed flange joints and should not be damaged intentionally during construction. This paper mainly introduce how the pipe system in the precast construction joint of flange management right, from the applicable scope, process principle, construction process, operating key points, main equipment and materials, quality control and so on several parts is introduced, to guide the construction process of flange connection.
