摘要: 天然气平台工艺系统主要对开采出的天然气进行分离、过滤、净化、脱水等处理,使天然气符合管道输送要求而采取的工艺过程。为了充分利用平台自身资源、降低能耗,对天然气平台工艺系统进行优化,在三甘醇脱水装置出口设置放空系统,深水气平台利用气体压缩机的热能提高三甘醇脱水效果,设置一条海底管道入口至燃气系统入口的管线,以提高平台的实用性,达到节能减排的效果。

Abstract: The process system of nature gas platform is to separate, filtrate, purify and dehydrate the nature gas explored, and make the natural gas reaches the requirements of pipeline transportation. To take full advantage of the resources on the platform and reduce energy consumption, the process system of gas platform is optimized: adding the venting system in the outlet of TEG dehydration unit, using heat energy of gas compressor to improve the dehydration effect of TEG, and adding a pipeline to connect the subsea pipeline inlet and fuel gas system inlet. This optimization can not only improve the practicability of the platform, and can save energy and reduce emission.
