摘要: 随着海洋石油工程船舶的发展,船体结构的焊接工艺出现多样化。尤其是对船体外板不等厚板材对接焊缝质量要求越来越高。射线检测对不等厚对接焊缝时透照厚度变化大,如果参数选择不当,容易造成底片黑度偏差过大,影响射线检测灵敏度, 不能保证工件中的缺陷被有效检出。厚度宽容度是变截面工件射线检测的重要参数。厚度宽容度可通过曝光曲线的函数关系式和胶片特性曲线的函数关系通过进行计算得到,但仅是理论值。本文主要讨论如何通过实验方法,在曝光量和焦距等透照一定情况下测定不同管电压和不同感光速度胶片所对应的厚度宽容度及其实践应用。

Abstract: With the development of offshore oil engineering ships, the welding technology of hull structures is diversified. In particular, the quality requirements for butt welds of unequal thickness plates of hull plates are getting higher and higher. Radiographic testing(RT)has a great change in the thickness of the unequal thickness of butt weld. If the selection of the parameters is improper, it is easy to make the radiotherapy density negatives too large, which can affect the sensitivity of RT, and can not guarantee the defects in the workpiece to be detected effectively. Thickness tolerance is an important parameter for the RT of variable cross-section workpiece. The thickness tolerance can be calculated through the function relation of exposure curve and the function relation of film characteristic curve, but it is only theoretical value. This paper mainly discusses how to measure the thickness tolerance of different tube voltages and different films under the certain conditions of exposure and focal length by experimental method and its practical application.
