深海液压系统压力补偿器研究

摘要: 水下液压技术在深海探测、资源开发得到广泛应用。为消除海水压力对液压系统影响,提高系统效率,节省能源,液压系统一般均采用压力补偿技术。压力补偿器作为压力补偿技术的关键元件,一直以来依靠经验进行设计。本文通过系统仿真软件AMESim对水下液压系统进行仿真,得到了补偿器结构参数及液压系统参数对液压系统压力的影响。预充压力相同时,补偿器弹簧刚度越大,补偿器压力下降越快,与环境压差越小;补偿器内径越大,系统压力波动峰值越小;补偿器活塞质量越大,压力波动峰值越大,冲击越大;由于负载作用,油缸工作时两侧很有可能低于环境海水压力,导致系统进水,但在油缸两端增加节流阀控制油缸工作速度,可以显著提高油缸两端压力,提高系统密封可靠性。

Abstract: Underwater hydraulic technology is widely used in deep-sea exploration and resource exploitation. In order to eliminate the influence of seawater pressure on the hydraulic system, improve the efficiency of the system, pressure compensation technology is commonly used in hydraulic systems. As a key element of pressure compensation technology, the pressure compensator has been designed on the basis of experiences. In this paper, the software AMESim is used to simulate the underwater hydraulic system and it is obtained that the influence of structural parameters of compensator and hydraulic system parameters on hydraulic system. While the preloading pressure is the same, the greater the spring stiffness of the compensator, the faster the pressure of the compensator decreases, and the smaller the differential between the pressure of the tank and the environment pressure. The larger the inner diameter of the compensator, the smaller the peak of system pressure fluctuation. Due to the load, the pressure on both sides of the cylinder is likely to be lower than that of the environment pressure, and the water enters the cylinder. Adding the throttle valve at both sides of the cylinder to control the speed of it can significantly increase the pressure on both sides of it, and improve the sealing reliability of the system.
