摘要: 在深海平台中,奥氏体不锈钢材料使用较为广泛。利用超声检测奥氏体不锈钢焊缝一直是一大难题,随着超声相控阵检测技术的发展和其独特的优势,使得检测效果显著提升,文中通过相控阵技术与传统超声技术的比较,分析制定出超声相控阵检测奥氏体不锈钢焊缝的方案,并利用实际实验进行了验证,同时对比了利用超声相控阵检测碳钢焊缝和不锈钢焊缝的异同点,总结了相关的注意事项。

Abstract: Austenitic stainless steel is widely used in deep water topsides, inspection of austenitic stainless steel weld is always a difficulty for ultrasonic method, as the development of phase array (hereafter named PAUT), the situation was highly improved due to the advantages of PAUT. And based on these advantages, this paper analysis the possible testing plan, and three blocks with artificial flaws are made and successfully demonstrate the effective of the test plan. Finally it summary some different between inspection of austenitic stainless steel weld and carbon steel welds, and also the matters need attention during the inspection process.
