摘要: CRA复合管由普通碳钢管线作为基材,在管线内表面通过堆焊形成厚度约3mm的625镍基不锈钢复合层,因为其优异的抗腐蚀性能以及相对不锈钢价格低廉的特点,在海洋工程中的应用越来越普遍。通常使用射线检验来评估焊缝质量,但常规的射线检验无法克服因为壁厚太大带来的检验难题。本文研究开发了手工超声波检验工艺,能有效弥补射线检验的不足,该工艺能有效克服材质衰减以及异质界面对超声波的影响。通过设计制作的一系列人工缺陷试块,验证了工艺的可靠性,可为后续的类似检验提供参考。

Abstract: The base material of CRA composite piping is carbon steel, which is overlaid by 3 mm 625 stainless steel on inner surface. The CRA composite piping is applied more and more widespread in offshore project, because of its good ability of corrosion resistant and lower cost than stainless steel. RT is normally applied to evaluate the weld quality; however, it's difficult to overcome the inspection difficulty of too big thickness. This page develop the MUT technique, to solve the disadvantage of RT, this technique can well overcome the influence of material attenuation and interface. The technique reliability is verified by the prepared serial of artificial defect block, and can provide guidance for similar inspection.
