求解导管架相贯线最小距离的编程方法

摘要: 海洋导管架撑杆和弦杆之间形成的空间相贯线的最小距离影响撑杆的焊接质量和整个导管架的可靠度。通过分析空间相贯线的特点以及可以用于计算其最小距离的方法对比,采用AutoCad软件的LISP语言编制一套近似算法的程序进行计算和绘制,从而取代数学解析方法的繁琐和人工目测手绘方法的不稳定。该近似算法的精确度满足生产建造需要,同时操作简便、速度快、稳定度高的特点,并可直观地在AutoCad中绘制出代表该距离的线段,极大地提高了工作效率,为准确设计和建立3D模型并予以施工带来了便利。

Abstract: The minimum distance between intersecting lines which are produced by intersected braces and chord has a great influence on welding quality and reliability for offshore jacket. An AutoCad LISP based a program to give an approximate result is developed to calculate and display this distance in order to replace complicated mathematical analysis and unstable manual visual inspects. The result of this program meets the demands of fabrication accuracy requirement and the program is faster, steadier than other methods and also easy to use, which facilitate the 3D modeling and engineering a lot.
