Abstract: SCR is a favorable solution to deep water oil and gas development. Actual engineering requirement on SCR in domestic application is increasingly growing. One domestic deepwater development project in recent years has the plan of SCR application. Aimed at this project, three SCR tie-back and installation plans were put forward based on different operation vessels. As an example, operation procedure of one of the plans was presented generally. Applicability and economy analysis and comparisons among these three plans were also perfomed. This study has reference and guidance value on deep water SCR tie-back and installation in engineering application.
