Abstract: This paper summarizes the key technical requirements of localization of emergency shutdown valve on offshore platform, also analyze and study and discuss its technical challenges and design key points. In addition, this paper preliminarily proposes the standards of domestic access application, and it provides a guidance for manufactures to promote the domestic research of emergency shutdown valve on offshore platform, and it also provides a reference for users to formulate the domestic application access procedure.
