海底管道用挠性管标准技术研究及检验指南编制

摘要: 针对挠性管应用海底管道中的检验需求,对挠性管标准进行技术研究,并结合实际工程检验经验,研究编写《海底管道用金属挠性管检验指南》,作为对此类管道开展检验的依据。本文从挠性管与传统钢管在海底管道系统应用中的区别的角度,在材料、设计、试验、制造、安装等方面,对挠性管的主要技术特点进行介绍,对指南编写的技术背景和主要技术要求进行论述,并提出了需要进一步研究的方向建议。

Abstract: For the survey requirements of flexible pipes in subsea pipelines, CCS carries out research on the standards of flexible pipe, combined with survey experience, and composes the Guidelines for Survey of Metal Flexible Pipes Used for Subsea Pipelines, which would serve as the basis for surveys of such pipes. From the perspective of the difference between flexible pipe and traditional steel pipe in subsea pipeline system, this paper introduces the characteristics of flexible pipe in material, design, test, manufacture and installation, discusses the major requirements and technical background of the guidelines, and makes suggestions for further research.
