摘要: FLNG低温软管卸料系统技术主要由欧美等少数国家掌握,低温软管材料选型与结构设计难度大,加工制造及性能测试工作难,超低温密封、连接和泄漏监测难度高,以及整套低温软管系统复杂,安全性要求高。关键技术包括耐低温、高绝热与柔顺性结构多目标协同设计技术、大口径多层复合软管连续缠绕成型技术以及超低温工况动态疲劳试验验证技术,大尺寸低温软管试制装备需要研发,全尺寸测试装备需要系统研究。FLNG低温软管卸料系统方案对于我国南海气田开发具有不可替代性,在浮式船岸传输与船舶加注方面也具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract: FLNG cryogenic hose unloading system technology is mainly mastered by a few countries such as Europe and America. Cryogenic hose material selection and structure design are difficult, manufacturing and performance testing work cryogenic sealing, connection and leakage monitoring are also difficult, cryogenic hose system structure is complex, and the system safety requirements are high. Key technologies of cryogenic hose include cryogenic resistance, high isolation and compliance structure multi-objective collaborative design technology, large diameter multi-layer composite hose continuous winding molding technology and cryogenic condition dynamic fatigue test verification technology, large size hose manufacturing equipment needs to be developed, while full-size testing equipment needs to be systematically studied. FLNG cryogenic hose unloading system is irreplaceable for the development of South China Sea gas fields, and has a good application prospect in the aspects of floating ship to shore transportation and ship refueling.
