大平台单筒双井技术在渤海油田的应用

摘要:

蓬莱油田二期开发设计的40槽口(16个单筒双井)井口平台能钻56口井,到目前为止是渤海海上可钻井数最多的井口平台。在槽口布置和采油树排列的基础上,考虑到定向井设计和防碰问题,详细描述了表层套管安装和固井程序。从40个槽口下入56个表层套管的成功应用减少了平台数量和费用,同时提供更多的表层套管满足油藏开发计划,对后续油田的开发起指导性作用。

Abstract:

Design and development of Penglai oilfield two period 40 slots (16 dual bore slots) wellhead platform can drill 56 wells. By far, it is the most number of Bohai offshore drilling platform. On the basis of slots and Christmas tree surface layout, considering the design of directional well and the anti-collision problem, this paper describes the installation of the surface casing and cementing procedure. The 56 wells slots drilled from a 40 slot WHP reduces the number and cost of the platform while providing additional wells to meet the reservoir development plan. Thus it plays a guiding role of the development of subsequent oilfield.
