一种包板加强T型管节点的简化算法

摘要: 包板在海洋工程结构中有着广泛的应用,限于其复杂的受力特性,对其力学性能一直没有可量化的计算方法。利用有限元分析方法对包板加强的T型管节点,分别在轴向受压﹑轴向受拉和受弯曲工况下的承载能力进行研究,在宽幅值包板极限承载力公式的基础上,结合API RP2A中简单节点的计算方法,给出了可量化的适用于工程实践中的窄幅值包板加强T型节点校核计算公式,并给出包板与弦杆连接角焊缝选择方法。分析结果表明,该简化计算方法能够有效体现出垫板各参数对承载能力的影响,对包板设计起到指导作用,能够有效简化包板设计的计算过程。

Abstract: Doubler plate has been widely used in marine engineering structures, due to its complex force characteristics, and there is no quantifiable calculation method for its mechanical properties. The finite element method is used to study the bearing capacity of doubler plate reinforced tubular T joints under axial compression, axial tension and bending conditions. Based on the formula of the ultimate bearing capacity of the wideamplitude doubler plate, combined with the calculation method of the simple joint in API RP2A, a quantifiable formula for the narrow amplitude doubler plate reinforced tubular T joints for engineering practice is given. Also, the method of selecting the fillet weld is present. The analysis results show that the simplified calculation method can effectively reflect the influence of various parameters of the doubler plate on the bearing capacity, and play a guiding role in the design of the doubler plate, which can effectively simplify the calculation design process.
