摘要: 我国海域现有大量的平台进入设计年限的中后期,对这些老龄平台的管理特别是结构安全保障成为当前作业者关心的重点。通过振动监测手段进行导管架平台结构的安全保障是一种新型的手段,通过基频变化和位移变化进行预警。基频变化采用短时傅里叶变换和小波谱分析方法实现,另外,提出了通过振动测量来进行评估模型修正进而进行后评估的方法。

Abstract: A large number of platforms in my country's waters have entered the middle and late stages. The management of these aging platforms, especially structural safety, has become the focus of the current operator's relationship. Vibration monitoring is used. The safety assurance of the jacket platform structure is a new type of means, which provides early warning through fundamental frequency changes and displacement changes. The fundamental frequency change is realized by shorttime Fourier transform and wavelet spectrum analysis methods. In addition, a method of correcting the evaluation model through vibration measurement and then performing post evaluation is proposed.
